CONDUCTION OF OFF CAMPUS MOBILE SCIENCE EXHIBITION
Regional science centre;Calicut,
has a mobile exhibition bus which goes to the rural areas of Kerala for
creating scientific awareness. The silent features of this exhibition are:-
* Each exhibition
is mounted on a bus and consist of 24 exhibits, mostly interactive.
* These exhibition are held in school compounds situated in villages or small towns.
* Science Demonstration
Lectures and Antisuperstition Demonstrations were also held during the
MSE
programmes.
Sky observation programmes are also done during the evenings at the site
of exhibition.
* Scientific films
are also projected every evening in the outdoors as part of the MSE programmes.
