Regional science centre and planetarium has very good science gallery which makes it easy for the public and the students to understand the laws of science. The gallery helps to understand them through fun. All the branches of science viz physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc are covered.
Fun Science Gallery
This gallery of Regional Science Centre, Calicut contains sixty exhibits. All the exhibits are interactive in nature where visitors learn principles of science by physically interacting with the exhibit. Topics range from physics, chemistry, astronomy, genetics and mathematics. Some exhibits are infact thought provoking. Imagine that the Earth was born just one year back. Then it is shown that the most primitive man, the Neolithic man came to this planet only sixty seconds back. Further experience that sound travels at a speed of 320 meters per second. A pipe of length 180 meters is present. Say “hello” at one extreme, you can hear the same after half a second at the other end. Visit the gallery where you do learn science in fun.

Science Park

There are thirty-eight interactive open-air exhibits, which gives hand on experience on different aspects of science.
